Contents:Polygonatum, Chinese yam, Gorgon, raw barley

Additional ingredients:lean pork or pork chops, pork belly or pork intestines, rice wine, water, salt.
1. Rinse the herbs slightly and drain the water for later use.
2. After cleaning the pork belly or small intestine, remove excess fat and cut into pieces for later use.
3. Take a soup pot, pour in water and bring it to a boil, then add the pork lean meat/pork ribs and pork belly/pork intestines and blanch for later use.
4. Take a stew pot, add the simmered ingredients and the rinsed herbs, pour in water until all the ingredients are covered.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes.
6. Add a little rice wine and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. You can add an appropriate amount of salt to taste before serving.

Stomach weakness, indigestion, easy diarrhea and fatigue; it can also be consumed as a daily soup.
